Rodger Teaff serves as our Associate Pastor/Sr. Adults/ Administration as of September 2011. His ministry at Shearer Hills began in September 2003 as our Minister of Education and Missions. He graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1986. He also received his Masters in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1988.
Rodger has served churches in Orange Park, FL; Seminole, TX; and Wichita Falls, TX. Rodger enjoys spending time with his wife, Ginger, and two children, Bailey and Grayson. He also enjoys golf, woodworking, antiques and hunting.
